Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be there during the unpack?
Not for the heavy work. Many clients hand us the keys and arrive once we're done. We'll text photos as rooms come together.
What about my fragile or valuable items?
High-value items get custom packing, dedicated crating where needed, and a separate inventory list with signatures at both ends.
Can you remove the empty boxes?
Yes. All packing materials are hauled away once unpacking is complete, included in the flat rate.
How long does a full turnkey move take?
Most homes complete in 1 to 3 days depending on size. Larger or more complex moves are scheduled across consecutive days with the same crew.
Is turnkey more expensive than a standard move?
Turnkey includes packing, unpacking, assembly, and setup. The flat rate reflects that, but it's transparent up front with no surprises.
