Frequently asked questions
Do you bring your own tools?
Yes. Allen keys, screwdrivers, drills, and any specialty bits needed for common furniture and IKEA pieces.
What if hardware is missing or stripped?
We carry replacement screws and washers for common sizes. If a manufacturer-specific part is missing, we let you know before reassembly and source replacements.
Can you assemble new furniture from the store?
Yes. We assemble new IKEA, Wayfair, or other flatpack purchases on the same visit as your move, billed within the same flat rate.
What about wall-mounted pieces?
We dismount wall units carefully and remount them at the new address. Patching anchor holes is a separate service on request.
How is the price calculated?
Assembly and disassembly is included in our standard flat rate when bundled with a move. Standalone assembly is a separate flat-rate quote.
